Woodland never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the R.A. Long Lumberjacks 41-0. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Beavers had established a 21-point advantage.

Michael Belvin produced another solid performance rushing for 66 yards and two TDs on only five carries, while also throwing for 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 15 passes. 89 of Belvin's passing yards were hauled in by Tanner Cusick, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Woodland's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB five times. The heavy lifting was done by Joseph Palomo and Karson Northcut, who racked up four sacks between them.

The win (which was Woodland's third in a row) raised their record to 4-2. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 7.0 points on average over those games. As for R.A. Long, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
