Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Andrew Wake stepped things up a notch to give Notre Dame-Green Pond the 'W'. Wake was dynamite, striking out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
