Franklin County had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Lawrence County on Monday. The Rebels were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Wildcats. Given Franklin County's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 49th, while Lawrence County are ranked 128th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
