Volleyball Recap: Kimberly Victorious

Kimberly's tournament run continued when they took on Madison East on Saturday. The Papermakers came out on top against the Purgolders by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Papermakers.

Alex Krause paced Kimberly's offense, picking up three kills. Krause got some help from Blake Zielinski and his seven assists.

Kimberly's victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Madison East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 16 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-24 record this season.

Coincidentally, Kimberly and Madison East will both be playing Notre Dame Academy the next time they take the court. The Purgolders will head out to face the Tritons at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Papermakers will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
