Volleyball Recap: Platte Valley Triumphs

With a playoff win on the line, Platte Valley rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets by a score of 3-1.

Laque Premo paced Platte Valley's offense, picking up ten kills. Premo got some help from Clara Ochsner and her 25 assists. Ochsner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Mia Martin and Leah Torres certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Martin had 22 assists and 11 digs, while Torres had 17 digs.

Platte Valley's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-14.

Platte Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against The Classical Academy on the 8th. DSST: Conservatory Green does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
