Volleyball Recap: EF Academy Takes a Loss

If EF Academy was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Calvary Baptist last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. EF Academy came up short against the Providence Pioneers on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 25-17.

EF Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Providence, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. EF Academy will host St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Providence, they will be playing at home against Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
