Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. Hugoton fell 2-0 to Colby. Surprisingly, this marked Hugoton's third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

While Hugoton was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.

Hugoton has been struggling recently as they've lost 16 of their last 18 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-23-2 record this season. As for Colby, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-17.
