San Elizario has gone 9-1 against Fabens recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. San Elizario will look to defend their home field against Fabens at 6:00 p.m. San Elizario is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.
San Elizario gave up the first runs on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They were the clear victors by a 21-1 margin over Mountain View. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Victoria Fernandez made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 14 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Those 14 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-5.
In other batting news, Caylee Venegas was a standout: she scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-5. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Shivanna VBromell, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.
San Elizario was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mountain View only posted a batting average of .158.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Fabens faced off against Clint on Tuesday. Fabens came up short against Clint, falling 25-8. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
Alexssa Gallegos made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season.
Fabens' defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for San Elizario, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-17-1.
