Pike County Central waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Phelps Hornets 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won 13 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Pike County Central pushed their record up to 18-14 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Phelps, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-17.

As of now, neither Pike County Central nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
