With a playoff win on the line, Hillsborough rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top against the Riverview Sharks by a score of 57-46. The Terriers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Anaja Griffin was a one-woman wrecking crew for Hillsborough as she shot 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 32 points and ten rebounds. Those 32 points gave Griffin a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Robin Bailey, who went 6 for 12 en route to 12 points along with five boards and four steals.

With the victory, Hillsborough broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-12. As for Riverview, they dropped their record down to 6-15 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Hillsborough will challenge Braden River at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Braden River has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Riverview, they will face off against Lennard at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverview is facing Lennard at the right time seeing as Lennard is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
