Volleyball Game Preview: Worthington Kilbourne Wolves vs. Westerville Central Warhawks

The Worthington Kilbourne Wolves will challenge the Westerville Central Warhawks at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Worthington Kilbourne has nine straight victories, Westerville Central has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Worthington Kilbourne made easy work of Dublin Scioto and carried off a 3-0 win.

The victory didn't come easy: Dublin Scioto scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Westerville Central lost 3-0 to Westerville North on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-16.

Westerville Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Worthington Kilbourne took their victory against Westerville Central in their previous meeting back in April of 2021 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Wolves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warhawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
