There's no place like home for Pymatuning Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 43-25 win over the Mathews Mustangs on Saturday. The Lakers haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

It was another big night for Eralyn Lockwood, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games she's played. Raylyn Ballentine was another key player, putting up six points along with seven boards and five steals.

Pymatuning Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. They are 4-1 when they've passed the ball that well.

The win got Pymatuning Valley back to even at 4-4. As for Mathews, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.
