After a string of five wins, Eisenhower's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wenatchee Panthers. While losing is never fun, Eisenhower can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Wenatchee are ranked ninth).

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 8-5-2. As for Wenatchee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eisenhower is set to square off against their familiar foe Moses Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Wenatchee will face off against rival Eastmont at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
