Volleyball Recap: Pope John Paul II Takes a Loss

Pope John Paul II was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Michael Warriors.

Pope John Paul II now has a losing record of 10-11. As for St. Michael, they pushed their record up to 24-1 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.
