Creekside faced Southwest in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Knights' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Tyce Donnelly paced Creekside's offense, picking up four kills. Donnelly got some help from Andrew Bennie and his 14 assists.

Creekside's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Southwest, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
