Softball Recap: Oregon Comes Up Short

Oregon and North Boone squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Oregon had to settle for second. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 9-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-0 loss on May 7th.

Oregon's loss dropped their record down to 19-13. As for North Boone, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 31-5.

As of now, neither Oregon nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
