Soccer Recap: Richlands Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Richlands was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Topsail Pirates finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Friday. The outcome might've been different if Laila Chamberlain hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited her ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Richlands' goal came courtesy of Chamberlain, who's now up to three this season.
