Volleyball Recap: Middleburgh Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mekeel Christian Academy, Middleburgh was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Wolves. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Brooke Trumble and Andrea Thayer certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Trumble had four assists and three aces, while Thayer had two aces and one block. Trumble is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
