Lincoln-Sudbury entered their tilt with Newton South on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 17-25, 25-17, 25-20.

Lincoln-Sudbury's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Newton South, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.
