Jefferson has gone a perfect 10-0 against Grandview recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Blue Jays are taking a road trip to challenge the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Grandview took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jefferson, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Jefferson was able to grind out a solid win over DeSoto, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Jays.

Jefferson walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 19-25, 25-21, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Grandview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to St. Paul Lutheran.

Grandview was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11, 25-22.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 16-11-4. As for Grandview, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Everything went Jefferson's way against Grandview in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Jefferson made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Jays since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
