New Bremen was the 14-12 winner over Fort Recovery when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals took a 20-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians on Friday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Bremen's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Fort Recovery, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Coming up, New Bremen will take on Minster at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cardinals will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.17 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Fort Recovery, they will face off against Marion Local at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Flyers' defense has only allowed 6.7 points per game this season, so the Indians' offense will have their work cut out for them.
