Lane Tech came tearing into Saturday's match with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers.

Lane Tech's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Wheaton-Warrenville South, they moved to 10-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Lane Tech is on the road again on Saturday to play Lake Park at 11:30 a.m. The Lancers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Champions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wheaton-Warrenville South, they will take on Wheaton North in a tournament on Saturday.
