After flying high against Federal Hocking on Thursday, Eastern came back down to earth. The Eagles lost 22-11 to the Pickerington North Panthers on Saturday. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Rylie White 2027 was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Kiley Allen 2029 also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.

Eastern's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Pickerington North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3-1.

Looking ahead, Eastern will take on Harrison Central at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pickerington North, they will challenge Wheelersburg at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
