Basketball Recap: Neah-Kah-Nie Takes a Loss

Neah-Kah-Nie and Lakeview squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Neah-Kah-Nie had to settle for second. They lost 53-31 to the Lakeview Honkers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Neah-Kah-Nie's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Lakeview, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Neah-Kah-Nie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lakeview, they will challenge Vale at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Vale will roll in looking for their 19th straight victory, something Lakeview surely won't give up without a fight.
