The South Charlotte T Thunder will be playing at home against the Queen's Grant Stallions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
South Charlotte T waltzed into their contest on Saturday with four straight wins but they left with five. They breezed by Surry HomeSchool on the road to the tune of 71-26. 71 seems to be a good number for South Charlotte T as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead South Charlotte T to victory, but perhaps none more so than Luke Rullo, who scored 24 points along with three steals. Rullo is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last eight games he's played. Another player making a difference was Aaron Hill, who scored 15 points along with seven assists and two steals.
Meanwhile, Queen's Grant scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 92-45 win over Apprentice Academy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Queen's Grant has posted since November 7, 2023.
South Charlotte T's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.33 points. As for Queen's Grant, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
