Volleyball Recap: Shoshoni Comes Up Short

Shoshoni was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Greybull Buffaloes, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 3rd.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 25-15, 26-24, 28-26.

Shayne Cheatham was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 16 digs.

Shoshoni's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Greybull, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Shoshoni nor Greybull have any future games scheduled.
