Volleyball Recap: Hamilton Makes It Six in a Row at Home

Hamilton had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Queen Creek on Friday. The Huskies put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

While Hamilton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23, 25-19.

Ben Tynan was the offensive standout of the game as he had 15 digs and three assists.

Hamilton pushed their record up to 9-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Queen Creek, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton will square off against Mesa at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Queen Creek, they will face off against Gilbert at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
