Conway hadn't beaten Myrtle Beach on the road since October 6, 2020 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Tigers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Seahawks.
Conway was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (95-92), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 15-25, 27-25.
North Myrtle Beach better keep an eye on Annagrace Lawrimore. She was instrumental in Conway's win, getting nine digs and two assists. That's the most digs Lawrimore has posted since back in September.
North Myrtle Beach's victory bumped their record up to 35-5. As for Conway, their win bumped their record up to 18-10.
