Baseball Recap: Capital City Takes a Loss

Capital City fell victim to Helias and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 1-0. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Crusaders recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Capital City's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Helias, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-10 record this season.

Helias has already played their next matchup (against Father Tolton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Capital City will be paying especially close attention to the Crusaders' contest: after the Crusaders face off against Father Tolton, they'll take on Capital City again at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
