Baseball Recap: Butler County Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Butler County won the last time they faced John Hardin and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bears were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering the Bears have won 11 games by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Butler County has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for John Hardin, they dropped their record down to 3-13 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Butler County will face off against Grayson County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for John Hardin, they will square off against Hart County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
