Soccer Recap: Hudson Comes Up Short

After flying high against Trinity last Wednesday, Hudson came back down to earth. The Hudson Hornets fell just short of the Crockett Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Hornets couldn't quite close it out.

Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Crockett, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-6.

Coincidentally, Hudson and Crockett will both be playing Westwood the next time they take the pitch. Crockett will head out to face Westwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while Hudson will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on February 21st.
