Basketball Recap: Center Point-Urbana's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Center Point-Urbana was the 67-30 winner over Marion when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers fell 56-46 to the Marion Wolves on Tuesday.

Center Point-Urbana's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7. As for Marion, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

Center Point-Urbana will be playing at home against West Delaware at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marion, they will face off against Mt. Vernon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mt. Vernon will roll in looking for their 19th straight win, something Marion surely won't give up without a fight.
