Bryan is 3-0 against Montpelier since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Bryan Golden Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Montpelier Locomotives at 7:00 p.m. Bryan has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Bryan is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Rossford by a score of 69-57 on Saturday. Given the Golden Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 305th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 672nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Montpelier waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They strolled past the Bombers with points to spare, taking the game 64-45.

Montpelier's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Bryan, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything went Bryan's way against Montpelier when the teams last played back in December of 2021, as Bryan made off with a 52-31 win. Does Bryan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Montpelier turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
