The Indy Genesis HomeSchool Indy Genesis will head out on the road to face off against the Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Indy Genesis HomeSchool will be strutting in after a win while Greenwood Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest victory since March 15th on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Wabash Valley HomeSchool, sneaking past 3-2.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool took Wabash Valley HomeSchool into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 21-25, 21-25, 25-17, 15-9.

Meanwhile, Greenwood Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Suburban Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since April 17th.

While Greenwood Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Indy Genesis HomeSchool was able to grind out a solid victory over Greenwood Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indy Genesis since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
