Softball Recap: Orange Cove Titans vs. Wonderful College Prep Academy Wolves
Orange Cove can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Wonderful College Prep Academy Wolves a 19-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Orange Cove sure is getting used to it with their 12th in a row.
Mia Castillo made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Castillo has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive pitching appearances. Castillo was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI.
