Tandem Friends is 8-1-1 against Quantico since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Badgers are taking a road trip to square off against the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Tandem Friends has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Quantico will arrive with three straight victories.

Tandem Friends came up short against Miller School of Albemarle on Monday, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Quantico). They never let Massanutten Military Academy get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Friday. Miranda Thompson was a massive factor in the win as she booted in six goals all by herself.

Quantico now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Tandem Friends, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Tandem Friends skirted past Quantico 2-1 when the teams last played back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Badgers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
