It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Edison had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Ridgeview Wolf Pack 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Elieser Reyes and Anthony Verduzco scored all three of Edison's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 59 goals.

Edison pushed their record up to 21-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those five contests. As for Ridgeview, with the defeat, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-3.

Edison didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Clovis North on the 27th. Ridgeview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
