Basketball Recap: Uvalde Takes a Loss

Uvalde suffered their biggest defeat since February 13, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Devine Warhorses, falling 81-58. The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls)'s loss continues a trend for the team, making it nine in a row.

Uvalde's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Devine, they moved to 12-14 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Uvalde will take on Somerset at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Somerset will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Uvalde surely won't give up without a fight. As for Devine, they will challenge Carrizo Springs at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
