On Thursday, Rosa Fort strolled past Leland with points to spare, taking the game 59-42. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Cubs: they've now won four in a row.

Rosa Fort's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Takaedrius Maxwell, who posted 24 points and five boards, and Robert Boyd, who scored 19 points and six rebounds. The game was Maxwell's sixth in a row with at least 16 points. Tristan Adams was another key player, putting up four points.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Byers duked it out with Jumpertown on Friday. The Lions walked away with a 58-46 win over the Cardinals.
