Volleyball Recap: Steele Takes a Loss

Steele and Firestone squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Steele had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Steele's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Firestone, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Steele does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Firestone, they will face off against Walsh Jesuit at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
