Wyoming Valley West won the last time they faced Crestwood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spartans walked away with a 3-1 win over the Comets. Given Wyoming Valley West's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 91st, while Crestwood are ranked 309th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wyoming Valley West is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those five contests.
