Basketball Recap: Glasgow Comes Up Short

Glasgow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 63-62 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wolf Point Wolves. The Scotties were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolves earlier this season, when they won 51-20.

Glasgow now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Wolf Point, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-9 record.

Glasgow has already played their next matchup (against Rocky Boy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wolf Point will square off against Malta on February 7th. Malta knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Wolf Point likes a good challenge.
