Bainbridge pile up the points against Hardaway

The Bainbridge Bearcats had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.6 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Hardaway 42-0 on the road. Given Bainbridge's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 37th, while Hardaway is ranked 371st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Bainbridge to victory were Cam Sanders and Keenan Phillips. Sanders threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, while Phillips rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. Phillips hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games.

Bainbridge's victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 7-2. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29 points. As for Hardaway, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.

Bainbridge will be playing at home against Cairo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cairo has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 291 points over their last six games. Hardaway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
