Softball Recap: Edison Spartans vs. Candor Coyotes

Edison put the finishing touches on their fourth blowout victory of the season on Monday. They put the hurt on the Candor Coyotes with a sharp 20-2 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Edison.

Gabby Milazzo and Kailey Ripley made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Milazzo struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Meanwhile, Ripley pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Milazzo has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances.
