Volleyball Recap: Henry-Senachwine Comes Up Short

Henry-Senachwine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Monmouth-Roseville Titans. The Mallards were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Titans earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Harper Schrock paced Henry-Senachwine's offense, picking up six kills. Schrock got some help from Grace Anderson and her 12 assists.

Henry-Senachwine's loss dropped their record down to 22-4. As for Monmouth-Roseville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-19.

Henry-Senachwine has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Biggsville West Central on the 11th. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Illini West on the 11th.
