East River waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Boone Braves by a score of 20-13. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 14-6 defeat the last time these two teams met.

A big part of East River's win came down to the chemistry between Kadence Land and her top target Brooklyn O'Gallagher. Land threw for 163 yards and three touchdowns while O'Gallagher picked up 121 receiving yards and three scores. Land is becoming a predictor of East River's success: when she posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when she doesn't).

East River pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Boone, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

East River has already played their next contest, a 21-0 loss against Horizon on the 9th. As for Boone, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-6 win against Hagerty on the 14th.
