Soccer Game Preview: Chaffey vs. Oak Hills

The Chaffey Tigers will take on the Oak Hills Bulldogs in a holiday battle at at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chaffey's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They beat Sierra Vista by a goal, winning 1-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Oak Hills put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against San Gorgonio by a score of 2-0. The Bulldogs' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last six contests.

D'Angelo Martinez and Jesse Candelas scored both of Oak Hills' goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Chaffey's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4-2. As for Oak Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
