Recap: Polytech Panthers vs. Brandywine Bulldogs
The Polytech Panthers waltzed into Friday's matchup with five straight wins but they left with six. They had just enough and edged Brandywine out 24-21.
Polytech can attribute much of their success to Noah Walker, who rushed for 112 yards and three touchdowns. Polytech also got help from Simon Balcerak who showed off his sure hands for 104 receiving yards.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cris Wright, who rushed for 69 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 121 yards and a touchdown.
Polytech's victory was their sixth straight at home (dating back to last season), which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Brandywine, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

As for Brandywine, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against St. Andrew's at 6:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Delaware (St. Andrew's is ranked 37th, while Brandywine is ranked 29th).
