Volleyball Recap: Como Park Comes Up Short

Como Park lost against South St. Paul back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars fell just short of the Packers by a score of 3-2. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Como Park took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-16, 16-25, 25-18, 15-11.

Como Park's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for South St. Paul, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Como Park will square off against Humboldt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for South St. Paul, they will face off against Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
