James Monroe hadn't done well against Greenbrier East recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Mavericks walked away with a 12-9 victory over the Spartans. This was a revenge game for the Mavericks: when they faced off against the Spartans on April 8th, they had to take a 12-9 loss.
